Reactivate Listing when Canceling a Pending Property

Canceling a pending property and reactivate it Back on the Market as an active/current listing.

Once user is on the property to to Reactivate:

  1. Unlock and change status to Cancelled
  2. Add the cancel date
  3. Choose the cancel reason from dropdown
  4. Click save
  5. Click yes

To double check the reactivated listing

  1. Enter the property address
  2. Click search

Properties will show with some different information to differentiate each other:

  1. MLS for cancelled property has -CA
  2. Property id are different
  3. Cancelled property has pending date

Reactivated listing has

  1. Expire date is automatically calculated
  2. Flagged as "this is a duplicate record"
