Pending transaction not updating in Dash
Cause:
This happens when a property status in darwin Cloud is updated from Active to Pending and the data sent to Dash is showing pending but the status in Dash is still Active.
NOTE: Dash error no longer occurs during the submission since the transaction is successfully submitted using the listing template, and will show active in the listing side but there is a market as "under contract".
To fix:
- Go to Properties
- Click Basics
- Fill in pending date and est close date
- Fill in selling price and commission price
- Fill in the list agent field
- Click save
- Go to Commission
- Enter our seller commission information
- Confirm the adjusted list commission is entered
- Click save
- Click submit
