How do I Add a Buyer Side Pending Transaction

Two ways to add the sell agent on the Buyer Side Pending Transaction in darwin cloud

I. To add a sell agent manually on a pending buy side transaction on the Basics screen:

  1. Click Properties
  2. Click search for the property
  3. Click the word none next to the sell agent
  1. Enter the portion of the agent's name
  2. Click search
  3. Click the name of the agent
  1. Click save

II. To add a sell agent manually on a pending buy side transaction on the Agents screen:

  1. Click Properties
  2. Click Agents
  3. Click plus (+) button next to buyer agent
  1. Click the magnifying glass to locate the agent
    • a new window will appear, enter a portion of the agent's name
  2. Enter percent of award
  3. Enter percent of adjusted gross
  4. Click save
