How do I Reactivate a Listing from Expired or Withdrawn

To reactivate an Expired listing to back on the market as an active listing:

  1. Click Properties
  2. Click the search button
  3. Select Expired status
  4. Click search
  5. Select a property record

6. Select Active status

7. Enter the expire date by typing it in the field or by using the calendar icon

  • the expire date should be a future date

8. Click Save

To reactivate a Withdrawn listing to Back on the Market as an active listing:

  1. Click Properties
  2. Click the search button
  3. Select Withdrawn status
  4. Click search
  5. Select a property record

6. Select Active status from the dropdown

7. Remove the withdrawn date

8. Click Save
