How do I Add a Listing Manually?

When a property listed for sale is not being listed in the public MLS database or is not available to bring in from any other integration, the record can be entered manually in darwin Cloud.

  1. Click the Properties menu
  2. Click the (+) new 
  3. Select add property manually
  4. Click Start

The add new property

  1. Select the company (from the drop-down list)
  2. Select the status (from the drop-down list)
  3. Enter mls number in the field (if applicable)
  4. Enter the list date
  5. Enter the expire date 
  6. Select the type code (from the drop-down list)
  7. Select the accounting code (from the drop-down list)
  8. Select the property type (from the drop-down list)
  9. Fill in the ADDRESS of the property
  10. Click Add

User can quickly fill in city, state, zip by clicking the magnifying glass to the right of the zip, type in the zip, click enter and click the correct City, State.

Continue adding listing information on the Agents screen

  1. Enter the list agent by clicking the plus (+) button next to listing agent
  2. Click the magnifying glass button to search for an agent
  3. Enter a portion of the agent's name
  4. Click search
  5. Click the name of the agent
  6. Click save

Add more information on the Basics screen

  1. Enter asking price
  2. Check the show on internet box
  3. Check the show address on internet box
  4. Select the property use from the dropdown list
  5. Enter additional property information by typing in fields
  6. Click save

Properties cannot submit to Dash without adding the property remark type Property Description.

To add a property remarks

  1. Click the Features submenu
  2. Click the + symbol next to remark
  3. Select the remark type from the dropdown list
  4. Enter the remark text by typing in the field
  5. Click save

Repeat the steps above to add more property remarks.

To add a property feature:

  1. Click the + symbol next to feature
  2. Select the group of feature from the drop-down list
  3. Select the feature from the drop-down list
  4. Click save

To add a Room Dimension:

  1. Click the + symbol next to room
  2. Enter the room name
  3. Enter the length and the width
  4. Enter the sequence number
  5. Click add

Repeat the steps to add more room dimensions.

Add another listing agent:

  1. Click Agent submenu
  2. Enter the list agent by clicking the plus (+) button next to listing agent
  3. Click the magnifying glass button to search for an agent
  4. Enter a portion of the agent's name
  5. Click search
  6. Click the name of the agent
  1. Enter the percent of award in the field (if applicable)
  2. Enter the percent of adjusted gross in the field (if applicable)
  3. Click save

Add buyer agent:

  1. Enter the list agent by clicking the plus (+) button next to listing agent
  2. Click the magnifying glass button to search for an agent
  3. Enter a portion of the agent's name
  4. Click search
  5. Click the name of the agent
  1. Enter the percent of award in the field (if applicable)
  2. Enter the percent of adjusted gross in the field (if applicable)
  3. Click save

Repeat the steps to add more listing and/or buying agents.

To add a seller:

  1. Click the People submenu
  2. Click the + symbol next to seller
  3. Enter a portion of the seller's name
  4. Click search
  5. Click the name of the seller
  6. Click save

To add a buyer repeat the steps, except, users have do it on the buyer field.
