Notification: Voucher Entity Update

Overview

The voucher entity will be updated to include additional merge fields related to Title Company and Mortgage information. These fields are already available under the Property Entity and will now be integrated into the Voucher Entity for enhanced accessibility and usability.

The following merge fields will be added:

Mortgage Information

  • {Mortgage - company name}
  • {Mortgage - person name}

Title Company Information

  • {TitleCoList - company name}
  • {TitleCoList - person name}
  • {TitleCoSell - company name}
  • {TitleCoSell - person name}
  • {TitleCompList - company name}
  • {TitleCompList - person name}
  • {TitleCompSell - company name}
  • {TitleCompSell - person name}

Data Source

These fields will pull data from the Properties > People section under the Vendor/Partner category

This update ensures that mortgage and title company details are easily accessible within the Voucher Entity, streamlining workflows and improving data consistency.
