Letters: Merge Fields for 3rd Party Person Name in Letters

new merge fields to display the name of the 3rd party person involved in each corresponding agent's entry. Suggested merge field syntax:

  • {ListAgent1_3rd party person name}
  • {ListAgent2_3rd party person name}
  • {ListAgent3_3rd party person name}
  • ... up to {ListAgent10_3rd party person name}
  • {SellAgent1_3rd party person name}
  • {SellAgent2_3rd party person name}
  • {SellAgent3_3rd party person name}
  • ... up to {SellAgent10_3rd party person name}

This will provide clarity in documents where the 3rd party identity is relevant.

Conditional Display Based on Corporate Checkbox

To enhance flexibility and accuracy, above merge fields are intelligent enough to display the appropriate name format based on the “Use Corporate Name” checkbox setting:

  • If "Use Corporate" is checked: Display the corporate name of the 3rd party
  • If unchecked: Display the full name of the individual 3rd party person

This dynamic behavior will help maintain correct and professional formatting across documents, ensuring proper identification of the 3rd party whether they are an individual or a corporate entity.
