Open House Notifications: How to add agent's office

•📣 Feature Update: Agent Office Details Now Available in Open House Notifications•We’ve expanded the flexibility of Open House notification templates by introducing new agent office merge fields—giving teams more control over how agent contact information is displayed.

 

🆕 What’s New

In Notification Step 2 (Entity), you can now access the following merge fields:

  • Agent Office Name
  • {listing1 Agent Office Name}, {listing2 Agent Office Name}, {listing3 Agent Office Name}
  • Agent Office Phone Number
  • {listing1 Agent Office phone number}, {listing2 Agent Office phone number}, {listing3 Agent Office phone number}
  • Agent Office Email Address
  • {listing1 Agent office email address}, {listing2 Agent office email address}, {listing3 Agent office email address}

These fields are available for use in both email and SMS templates.

This enhancement ensures that companies can easily include agent office details in their Open House notifications—supporting better branding, clearer contact options, and more personalized communication. Whether showcasing brokerage affiliations or providing direct contact info, these fields make it easier to build trust and drive engagement.

🧭 How to Use It

  1. Go to Company > Notifications
  2. Click “Import from Master” and select the Open House template
  3. Open the template by clicking its name
  4. Use the search box in the left panel and type "office"
  5. Drag and drop the desired merge field into your layout
  6. Click Save
  7. Run a test notification
  8. Confirm the merge field displays the correct agent office info
