How Do I Record a Deposit from a Payment Received

To record a deposit that is waiting in undeposited funds

  1. Click Banking
  2. Click Deposit
  3. Click new button
  4. Choose the company from dropdown list
  5. Choose correct bank account from dropdown list
  6. Enter deposit date using calendar button or type numeric date
  7. Click start
  1. Click add undeposited
  1. Filter undeposited items by:
    • receivable id number
    • date
    • person
    • amount
    • payment method
    • check number
  2. Select item(s) to add by checking off the box
  3. Check the total amount to add to the darwin deposit slip
  4. Click add to deposit
  1. Click post
  1. darwin Cloud users may add undeposited payments and manual deposits to the same deposit slip. Simply add undeposited funds to the deposit slip then click in the click here to add a new row.
