Agent login to darwin.Cloud

Login to darwin.Cloud for Agents

The video below shows agents how to log into darwin.Cloud without using 2 factor authentication.  If 2 factor authentication is enabled, there is an additional step which explained in another video

Go to https://darwin.cloud/login and enter your username and password.

If this is user's first time logging in user will be prompted to put in phone number under 2-factor Authentication Setup

1. Enter user name
2. Enter password
3. Click login

darwin Cloud will recognize that it is the first time user logs in to the system, user must change the temporary password to a new one.

4. Enter the new password
5. Confirm or re-enter the new password
6. Click save

7. Select user's country code
8. Enter user's phone number
9. Click send

User should get a message like this:

Welcome to Darwin Cloud 2-Factor Authentication Setup. Please enter the following verification code in Darwin Cloud to validate your mobile device.

Verification code: 6417

10. Enter the verification code on the field
11. Click verify
12. User will get a confirmation message and be prompted to login, Click HERE hyperlink to log in

Log into darwin Cloud with 2 Factor Authentication

1. Enter username
2. Enter password
3. Click login

4. Confirm that device number is correct
5. Click Send code via SMS

User shall receive a the verification code on their  mobile device. Take note of the verification code, the go back to darwin Cloud

6. Enter the verification code
7. Click login

Dashboard > Analytics will be the first screen the user will see in darwin Cloud.
