Agent Password Reset by Agents

Now, it’s easy for agents to recover / reset their own password for darwin Cloud.

We all have alot of different software subscriptions.  If we don’t use a password manager, it can be hard to remember all our passwords for all our different sites.  For agent’s login to darwin Cloud, the staff doesn’t need to reset the agent passwords for them.  Agents can do it themselves with the “forgot password” feature.

With all the new analytics in darwin Cloud, agents are going to be logging in a lot. It means agents will forget their passwords a lot, but that's okay - darwin Cloud has a simple feature to let agents reset the password themselves from the login page.

Resetting the password in darwin Cloud

To reset password please do the following steps:

1. Click the forgot password? button

Agent will get the screen that asks them for their username

2. Enter user name
3. Click reset password

After agent enters username, a window will appear that will tell user that as long as their username if valid, they'll get an email with reset instructions.

4. Click ok

This is how the email will look like:

5. User will just click the hyperlink, reset your password

User will be taken to the reset page

6. Enter new password
7. Confirm password
8. Click save

A new window will appear and will show that the password has been successfully updated.
