Password reset for Agents

Let agents recover & reset their own password

The login page of darwin Cloud for Agents has a "forgot password" feature.  Watch this video to see how agents can use this feature to reset their own password without having to ask staff to do it for them

With all the new Analytics in darwin Cloud, it is for sure that agents will be logging in to darwin Cloud a lot. It means, agents are going to forget their passwords a lot too, and that is okay because darwin Cloud has a feature to let agents reset their passwords.

  1. Click forgot password button

User will be directed to a new window

  1. Type in username
  2. Click reset password

In the new window a prompt will say: (see image below)

  1. Click ok

The reset email looks like the image below

  1. Click reset your password hyperlink
    • user will be taken to reset page

Reset screen will look like the image below

  1. Enter new password
  2. Confirm password
  3. Click save
