Adding Agent Photos in darwin Cloud

To add agent photos in darwin Cloud user may follow the steps below:

Search for the agent

  1. Click the People menu
  2. Click the search button
  3. Type some portion of the agent name
  4. Select Agent from the drop-down list to limit People types in the search results
  5. Click search
  6. Click the name of the agent

Upload the agent photo in darwin Cloud

  1. Click Web Profile
  2. Click the arrow up or the image field to upload photo
  3. Choose a photo from the pop-up window
  4. Click Open
