Agent Goals Graphs

Agent Goals Graphs

The darwin Cloud home page is graphs of agent performance vs goals. These graphs show agents their success on the key metrics in their business that they can control.

The Agent Goals graphs are the home page for the agents version of darwin Cloud. One important thing to remember is that darwin Cloud is the replacement for TransactionPlan.com. Both darwin Citrix and TransactionPlan.com are reaching their end-of-life, and both are being replaced by darwin Cloud.

Every agent in the company gets a personal login to darwin Cloud. With Agent Goals graphs, agents can see their cumulative production for this year and last year. They can also see their month-by-month production and, if they want, they can add their personal goals on a variety of metrics.

This gives the agent the motivation and accountability we all need to succeed. The graphs agents see about themselves include:

  1. Adjusted Gross Commission
  2. Net Commission earnings
  3. New Listings per month
  4. New Contracts written
  5. Year over Year transaction volume
  6. Year over Year transaction sides

The way the graphics are organized in the home screen is to show agent's (1) cumulative production, next to their (2) month by month production on every graph.

  1. The green line is prior year numbers
  2. The blue line is is the current year's numbers
  3. The gold line is the goal

On the  graph:

  1. The gold bar is the goal
  2. The blue line is this year's production
  1. Adjusted Gross Commission
  1. Net Commission earnings

Scrolling the sown the page, the next set of graphs is Net Commission goals. How much money the agent will take home, cumulatively on the left and month by month on the right.

  1. New Listings per month

On the left, will be the course of the year, how many listings will have been taken by the end of the year. And on the right, is the month by month goal for how many listings the agent's is going to take.

  1. New Contracts written

The graphs will show how many pending contracts the agent is going to write each month; compared to how many was written last year; compared to the goal that the agent set month by month.

Finally, at the bottom, there are couple of other graphs to view. These are not graphs that have goals associated with them but just for agents own information.

  1. Year over Year transaction volume

This graph shows the volume made this year vs last year.

  1. Year over Year transaction sides

This graph shows the number of sides closed this year vs last year.
