What if Agent Net is greater than Adjusted Gross Commission
There may be times when adjustments made will generate a higher Agent Net commission than the amount of commission received. To resolve this problem, follow the steps below:
- Click Properties menu
- Click Post submenu
- Post the transaction with incorrect data so that Agent net is less than AGCI
- Submit using the realtime submit button
If you belong to a franchise that reports to dash, your franchise will not allow you to submit records with Agent Net greater than AGCI.
- Unpost the Transaction
- Click Basics submenu
- Flag the property to be excluded from submission
- Go to Agent Net List/Sell
- Click on the check box to override the system and enter any correcting amount on the field to make the Agent net higher than the AGCI
- Go to Post submenu
- Click post
