How do I Review / Edit Agent Net Commission Calculation

  1. Click the Properties menu
  2. Search for the property using the search button
  3. Click the Commission submenu
  4. Screen will show the adjusted list commission and adjusted sell commission amount
  1. Click Agent Net List and/or Agent Net Sell submenu
  2. From the gross commission amounting to $14,700.00, the agent will get the Net Commission $ 12,747.00 after deductions

To make an edit to the Net Commission calculation

  1. Check the box of a deduction to edit the amount
  2. Type the new amount of the deduction in the field
    • From $0.00 value of Royalty amount, it was changed to $250.00
  3. The Agent Net will update automatically

To make another changes in the deduction

  1. Check the box of a deduction to edit the amount
  2. Type the new amount of the deduction in the field
  3. The Agent Net will update automatically after changes were made

To see how deduction is being calculated

  1. Click the ? button
    • Screen will show the review calculation history and how the deduction is calculated
