Store Copies of Your Bills in darwin Cloud 

Every bill enter (or import) into darwin Cloud gets its own unique email address. This email address is for the individual bill - NOT the supplier. With this email address, anyone can email a PDF scan to the email address of the bill.

When you are using darwin.Cloud, and you are looking at a bill, you can see the original copy of the bill that someone uploaded.

It might not be a bill you uploaded yourself. Anyone in your company can upload copies of your bills - then everyone (with the right permissions) can view both the original bill - and how it was expensed.

To upload bills in darwin Cloud, you can select a file from your computer and just upload it. But there's another unique feature in darwin for storing bills online.

The copy of the bill will store in darwin Cloud's online storage and then attach itself to the correct payable.

To store copies of your bills in darwin Cloud

  1. Upload from your computer
  1. Click Bills menu
  2. Click search button
  3. Choose company from the dropdown list
  4. Click magnifying glass to search for the vendor
    • a new window will appear, fill out accordingly
  5. Click search
  1. Click scanned image tab
  2. Click add document
  3. Click Select files
  1. Click the file to upload
  2. Click Open
  1. Enter the Description (Optional)
  1. Upload via Email address
  1. Click Bills menu
  2. Click search button
  3. Choose company from the dropdown list
  4. Click magnifying glass to search for the vendor
    • a new window will appear, fill out accordingly
  5. Click search
  1. Click scanned image tab
  2. Copy the email address
  1. Use the email address to send the file
  2. Enter description as the subject line
  3. Attach the file to upload
  4. Click Send
  1. File will appear in darwin Cloud
