How to Enable or Disable Overrides for Terminated Agents
Darwin Cloud includes a setting that allows users to control whether overrides are applied to terminated agents. Follow the steps below to enable or disable this feature:
To enable or disable overrides for terminated agents:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Under the Setup submenu, click the application settings
- Navigate to the Overrides section
- Locate the option Turn off overrides for terminated agents and update the value as needed
- Click save
- When the value is set to FALSE, overrides will still appear on the Post screen, even if the agent has been terminated.
- When the value set to TRUE, overrides for terminated agents will no longer appear on the Post screen.
