Unknown Transaction type
Cause:
This error occurs when the listing record is in "PreListing" status.
NOTE: This should not be advertised therefore exclude this to submission.
To fix it:
Flag the property record to exclude from submission until the status changed from PreListing.
- Go to Properties
- Click Basics
- Check the box next to submission
- to exclude from submission
- Click save
