Understanding the Rules of Status Flow

What status can become what status?

For most Real Estate offices that belong to a franchise, the franchise rules restrict properties with certain statuses from being changed to another status.

If your franchise (any users relying on feeds) requires you to follow status flow rules,  darwin Cloud enforces those rules for your users to avoid any status conflicts. Here are the rules:

Active Listing can be updated to:
  > Pending
  > Expired
  > Withdrawn

Pending transaction can be updated to:
  > Closing
  > Cancelled

Cancelled transaction can be updated to:
  > Cancelled transactions cannot be updated to any other status.

Expired Listings can be updated to:
 > Active

Withdrawn Listings can be updated to:
 > Active
