Requirements for Sending Anywhere Real Estate Inc., formerly Realogy Surveys
General Property Guidelines
The following criteria must be met in order for the RealSatisfied survey to be sent out:
- The referral network type should not be “Cartus”
- The transaction type should be “Residential”
- The transaction should have eligible property sub-type
Property Sub-Type
The Property Sub-Type referred to by Anywhere Real Estate Inc., corresponds to the property type field on the Property > Basics screen of a property record in darwin Cloud. The value field property type is used by Anywhere Real Estate Inc., to determine whether a property is eligible for their buyer/seller survey program.
Eligible Property Sub-Types
For Anywhere Real Estate Inc., to send a RealSatisfied Survey to buyers or sellers on a property record, the Property Sub-Type must be among the following:
- Apartment
- Condominium
- Co-Op
- Duplex
- Farm/Ranch/Plantation
- Flat
- Fractional Ownership
- Hacienda
- Historical
- Mobile/Manufactured Hm w Land
- Mobile/Manufactured Home
- Multi-Family (2-4 Units)
- Multi-Family Home
- Other Residential
- Private Island
- Residential Lot
- Row
- Semi-Detached
- Single Family Attached
- Single Family Detached
- Special Purpose
- Time Share
- Townhouse
- Vacant Land
- Vacant Land (0-10 Acres)
- Vacant Land (10+ Acres)
- Vineyard-Res
- Winery-Res
Ineligible Property Sub-Types
Per Anywhere Real Estate Inc.'s, guidelines, the following property sub-types are ineligible for RealSatisfied. If a property is assigned to one of these property sub-types, a survey will not be sent to the buyers or sellers, even if the box is checked in darwin Cloud:
- Bed & Breakfast–Res
- Boat Slip
- Commercial-Other
- Fourplex
- Golf course
- Hospitality
- Industrial
- Land -Agricultural (Not Zoned)
- Land -Industrial
- Land -Multi-Family Acreage
- Land -Office
- Land -Retail
- Land -Single Family Acreage
- Land-Hospitality
- Lots & Land-Other
- Mixed Use
- Multi-Family
- Office Bldg
- Other Business Opportunity
- Recreational
- Redevelopment Land
