How do I turn an Agent into an Employee
To search for an agent in darwin Cloud:
- Click the People button at the top of the screen
- Click the search button
- Type some portion of the agent name
- Select Agent from the drop-down list to limit People types in the search results
- Click search
- Click the name of the agent
Agent with red text is an expired agent while agent with a black text is an active agent.
The screen shows the details of the selected agent.
To turn Agent into an Employee
- Click the Agent basics sub menu
This shows that the agent has a present position of Sales Associate with the name of the company and office and the start date.
To turn an agent into an employee, you need to add a position as employee.
- Click the + symbol button next to positions
- Select a position from the drop-down list
- Select the office from the drop-down list
- Enter the start date or select if from the calendar.
- Click the add button
A new position will be added as Admin Assistant aside from being Sales Associate.
If you go back to People basics, Misty Joe has a person type of agent
But aside from being agent, Amity Brewer is also an employee because of the position added as Admin Assistant.
