How do I Terminate an Employee

To terminate an employee in darwin Cloud:

  1. Click the People menu
  2. Click the search button to search an employee you need to terminate
  1. Type some portion of the employee name
  2. Select Employee from the drop-down list to limit People types in the search results
  3. Click search
  4. Click the name of the employee

Terminate employee on the Agent Basics sub menu

  1. Click Agent Basics submenu
  2. Click the position of the employee
  3. Fill in the terminated date by typing in the field or selecting it in the calendar from the drop-down menu
  4. Select terminate reason from the drop down list
  5. Click save
