How do I Terminate an Office in darwin Cloud

Here are steps on how to properly deactivate or terminate an Office in darwin Cloud

  1. Go to Company
  2. Go to Office submenu
  3. Select the Company on the dropdown list
  4. Select the Office
  5. Enter terminated date using the calendar button
  6. Click save

NOTE: Once a certain office has been deactivated or terminated, it will no longer show on the dropdown list when darwin Cloud users try to add a new agents or move agents into another office, invoices, etc.
