Divide Expense wizard - charge to Agents

Use this tool a when bill comes into your office, and the charges on the bill need to be reimbursed from one (or all) of your agents

Sometimes it happens that a bill comes into your office, and the charges on the bill need to be reimbursed from one (or all) of your agents.  darwin has a tool to do this for you.

Maybe it’s a bill from the MLS because you work in an area where the MLS requires the broker to pay the monthly dues for all the agents in your brokerage. Or maybe you bought signs or business cards for your agents - and they need to pay you back.

Whenever you have a bill you need to pay, and the bill needs to be paid back to you from your agents - you will use the Divide Expense Wizard.  This wizard does 3 things:

  • Enter the bill for payment
  • Divide the bill between all the agents that should be charged for bill
  • Invoice the agent for their “fair share” of the bill. 

This tool keeps you from having to figure out how much each agent should pay and then keep track of these “recoverable” expenses in a spreadsheet. And it keeps you from having to create invoices for the agents in a separate step.  The Divide Expense wizard does all of the work for you. All at once.
