Reports for Auditor

The reports to print for auditor are:

  • Balance Sheet
  • Profit and Loss
  • A/P Select Vouchers

Prior system report names

In the accounting system you previously used, these report names may have been:

  • Balance Sheet might have been called:   Balance Sheet or F.4.1
  • Profit and Loss might have been called: Income Statement or Profit and Loss or F.4.3
  • A/P Select Vouchers might have been called: Payment history or F.6.2

Location of these reports in darwin Cloud

The reports to print for your auditor are found at:

  • Balance Sheet in section: Accounting
  • Profit and Loss  in section: Profit and Loss
  • A/P Select Vouchers in section: Accounting

Report Settings

  • Balance Sheet
    • fill in to date as required by auditor
    • set hide zero values with yes
  • Profit and Loss 
    • set date range to only include dates after you were LIVE in darwin Cloud
  • A/P Select Vouchers in section: Accounting
    • set date range as needed
    • set paid to: Only paid items

Export as Excel files - do not send PDF files

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Click All reports
  3. Choose a report section listed at right side of the screen
  4. Enter a part of report's name to filter result
  5. Double-click the report to open
  1. Choose a predefined date or enter it on date from and date to field
  2. Click preview
  1. Click the disk icon
  2. Click Excel to save
