Total Combined Production MTD and YTD

REMAX Statistics Summary Report

A new "Total" row has been added to display the combined Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) production for both:

  • An individual agent
  • Agents who are part of a team

Functionality:

  • The Total Combined Production will be displayed at the bottom of the production report for each agent and team.
  • It will sum up the MTD and YTD production values across all relevant transactions for:
    • An individual agent’s total production
    • A team’s total production, accumulating data from all members
  • The row will dynamically update as new production data is added

This enhancement provides a quick and clear overview of production performance, improving efficiency in tracking agent and team performance metrics.

To Generate REMAX Statistics Summary Report

  1. Click Reports menu
  2. Type in report name (REMAX Statistics Summary Report)
  3. Double-click the report
  1. Choose filter parameters and available columns
  2. Click preview

From the generated report user will be able to see:

  1. Total Combined Production MTD
  2. Total Combined Production YTD
