Spotlight new Recruits success towards getting paid in the 1st 100 days

Credit for this Spotlight idea needs to go to Greg Harrelson, from Century 21 Harrelson.  He explained that he has learned over the years that agents "need to get paid" in the 1st  100 days to have a high likelihood of staying with his firm. 

For his recruiters and managers, what he gives them is a worksheet that shows every agent recruited in the last 100 days. Then for each one it shows how many days till their 1st listing, how many days till their 1st deal Pending and how many days till their first closing.

Now, darwin Cloud Spotlights calculate and display that information automatically.
