Reconciliation: filtered selection totals

New enhancement feature "filtered selection" to the Reconciliation screen. This feature will enable users to see calculated totals that reflect only the records currently displayed in the grid, based on the filters they have applied. When users set specific criteria to narrow down their search, such as date ranges or transaction types, the totals will automatically update to accurately represent only those filtered records. This improvement aims to enhance user experience by providing more relevant and precise data insights, facilitating easier reconciliation processes.

  1. Click Banking menu
  2. Click Reconciliation submenu
  3. Click search
  1. Select company from the dropdown
  2. Select bank account from the dropdown
  3. Click the reconciliation record to open

The data should calculate the totals based on the records displayed in the grid with the current filters applied for the same categories as the other columns:

  • total deposits (amount)
  • total deposits (number)
  • total checks (amount)
  • total checks (number)
