RE/MAX Franchise Reporting - Send to API

The "Send to API" feature allows users to submit franchise reporting to RE/MAX in real-time.

Notes

  • When submitting via the API, users will not receive an email with the spreadsheet, as all the data is accessible directly within darwin Cloud.
  • If a spreadsheet is needed, do not select the "Sent to API" option.
  1. Click Tools menu
  2. Click Push submenu
  3. Click new button
  1. Choose REMAX from submission destination dropdown
  2. Choose company
  3. Choose year
  4. Choose month
  5. Check off box next to send to API
  6. Click submit

Steps to Review Submissions After Processing

  1. Check for Unchecked Boxes
    • Review the "Sent Success" column to identify any unchecked boxes.
  2. Identify Errors
    • Items without a Statistics ID will display an error message.
  3. Fix and Resubmit
    • Address the issues indicated in the error messages.
    • Click the "Submit" button to resubmit the corrected items.
  4. Validate Success
    • Once the items are successfully submitted, the status will show as Validated.
  1. Usage: For pushing transactions. 
  2. What should be reported and how: Only closings should be reported. By company / office / year / month
  3. What transaction types: residential sales, residential leases, referral/misc income. Same for commercials.
