Photographer can deliver images into your property record by email

Now, photographer can deliver images into your property record by email.

Especially for companies that need to work with high-res photo, there are currently a lot of steps and a lot of work. First, users need to get the photos from dropBox or Google Drive. Then users need to load them into your back office software. Then users need to sort them. Then users need to deliver them to the franchise (or website).

Now, with darwin Cloud, user can give the photographer an email address that is specific to each property. When your photographer emails their photographs to the property's email address - the photographs will load into your property record in darwin Cloud automatically and darwin Cloud will automatically deliver them to your franchise.

Later, if user (or the listing agent) decide to re-sort the photographs in darwin Cloud - or label them - or delete some and add more ... anything you do will be saved in darwin Cloud and transferred to your franchise automatically.

To add email address to the property:

  1. Click Properties menu
  2. Click search to locate the property
    • a new window will appear, fill accordingly
  3. Click Media Stream submenu
  4. Click no email assigned hyperlink next to email

On the pop up window, darwin Cloud will suggest an email address based on the property address

  1. User can shorten or leave the suggested email as it is
  2. Click the button label check availability to ensure that the email is available
  3. Click Save

Chosen email will now show on the property profile.

Sending Photos by Property Email Address

Now that the property has an email address, send them to you photographer. Ask the photographer to email all the photos to the property's email address. The photos that the photographer sends by email will be loaded into the property automatically. They will also be sent to the franchise automatically.

The listing agent or a staff from your company can also log into darwin Cloud and add multiple photos and select a batch of photos from their computer. These photos will be uploaded to darwin Cloud and will also send toy the franchise automatically.
